Our founders envision a day when all the major distributors have sold out their vineyards in 160-acre or smaller plots to individual owners who then transport their grapes to various states where they will ultimately sell their wine. Under the new laws, large independent distributors are no longer needed.

Our value-creation thesis is simple: Whether you buy or build a 200 arce vineyard and retail each bottle at a $30 profit the return is $18M annually, but that is not the good news. A vineyard that owns it's client list typically brings 20X earnings annually creating a $360M asset

Leaseback Structure
The land is and improved and leased back to our cooperative, generating 1st year tax benefits for agriculture improvement, rental income, and an additional 50% of net income, treated as additional rent.(ask for details on a 1031 or DST exchange)
